Family photos don't have to mean getting everyone to sit still, smile at the camera, and behave for an hour.


I photograph families as they actually are. The running, the snuggling, the ridiculous little personalities, the kids who absolutely refuse to cooperate, and the moments in between. We'll wander, play, talk, and let things unfold naturally while I gently guide you when needed.


My family sessions are relaxed, a little playful, and centered around connection rather than perfection. Based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, I photograph families throughout Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Caroline County, and surrounding areas.
